Submission Guidelines

In order to post your content online as an e-learning course, you must submit: 

1)    Final PowerPoint slide set.

2)    An edited video in MP4 format.

3)    10 question pre/post-test consisting of true/false and multiple-choice questions with the answer key.

4)    Any additional handouts or supportive materials.

5)    Video release form from the presenter on the recording.


ALL MATERIALS must be 508 COMPLIANT and have received HRSA approval BEFORE the recorded presentation.


Please submit all materials to Kevin-Paul Johnson using a Google Drive folder at kevin-johnson@cdrewu.edu
